TFG International is the nexus and co-ordinator of The FinTech Group (“TFG”), a virtual community of independent entrepreneurs and structured asset finance professionals with the main objective of providing innovative financial engineering and structuring to secure ongoing funding requirements of select quality investment opportunities.
The TFG Members never act as an intermediary in the TFG Platforms and Membership is by invitation only in order to maintain a high quality of the TFG Members.
TFG offers the opportunity for two levels of participation, as Affiliates and as TFG Members. Any invitation to Affiliates to become a TFG Member is solely governed by their actions, abilities and results.
In order to become a TFG Member, the ability to either (a) design a value enhancing structure or TFG Platform, which substantially benefits the interaction between the investor group (always in a joint venture with TFG) and the ultimate investment opportunity or TFG Opportunity; or (b) negotiate as a principal the implementation of a TFG Platform or a TFG Opportunity, is paramount. The TFG Members participate in the deals as part of their compensation.
The Affiliates, by contrast, act as finders of the counterparties to the TFG Platforms or TFG Opportunities based on the criteria or requests introduced by TFG International. The efforts may be ongoing or ad hoc and are being compensated by a formula based fee stated in the Affiliate Agreement. No fees from the other party are allowed.
The managers of TFG International are Paul Bitetto, responsible for the executive activities and interface with the Affiliates, and Jan Noreke, responsible for vetting the TFG Members and the TFG Platforms.
